Begin with a home-made cob loaf with a gruyere filling.

Starters

  • Smoked salmon
    crayfish and torpedo prawn salad with avocado, trout pate and homemade brown bread
  • Southern fried oyster mushrooms
    melon, and pecan nut salad, served with plum chutney.
  • Asparagus
    and parmesan with poached egg and hollandaise sauce.

Main Course

  • Rump of lamb
    and lamb cutlet, parmesan and chive potato cake, French beans, and a red currant jelly & mint sauce
  • Grilled seabass
    served with spinach & a tiger prawn and chive sauce
  • Vegetable wellington
    filled with camembert, beetroot and spinach served with sweet potato and mushroom sauce.

All main courses are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables

  • Raspberry meringue mess
    with blackcurrant sorbet and passionfruit sauce
  • Chocolate bomb
    filled with vanilla and strawberry ice cream, served with a hot chocolate sauce
