5 course meal with canapés and a glass of Prosecco on arrival - £28.50pp

Starters

  • Puff pastry cage
    with a wild mushroom, cream filling topped with spinach
  • Asparagus, pancetta, pear and pea shoot salad
  • Smoked salmon
    crayfish and torpedo prawn salad with avocado
  • Glazed goats cheese
    with a pear, walnut and celery salad

Main Course

  • Medallions of beef
    with bubble and squeak, vine tomatoes and kale
  • Grilled seabass
    served with spinach & a tiger prawn and chive sauce
  • Pan-fried chicken
    stuffed with gruyere cheese and diced ham wrapped in pastry with fondant potatoes and a Bearnaise sauce
  • Rack of lamb
    with herb crust served with French beans and Boulangere potatoes

All main courses are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables

Desserts

  • Passion fruit tarte
    topped with raspberries
  • Warm chocolate marquise
    with pistachio ice-cream and a black cherry sauce
