Summer Promotion

Begin your meal with an amuse bouche of tomato and red pepper soup, served with bread, olive oil and balsamic vinegar (choice of home-made white or brown bread)

Finish your meal with homemade petit fours and tea or coffee

Starters

  • leek and potato soup
    with croutons
  • Chicken liver pate
    with apricot chutney and melba toast
  • Tapas selection
    pan con tomatoe (spanish tomato bread & mild garlic), mediterranean tortilla, Manchego cheese and quince jelly
  • Melon, Parma ham
    with avocado dip served with a red onion, pomegranate and pickled cucumber salad

Main Courses

  • Pan fried chicken
    in paprika on a bed of Parmenter potatoes, wild mushrooms, button onions and crispy bacon, finished with masala sauce
  • Poached salmon
    filled with sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella with broccoli & new potatoes
  • Linguini
    with spinach, leeks, red onion, cherry tomatoes, Gruyere cheese sauce topped with fresh Parmesan
  • Pork fillet
    with apple and mash, black pudding and a coarse grain mustard sauce, with cauliflower cheese
  • Seafood platter
    including smoked salmon, prawns in Marie-rose sauce, cockles, and mackerel pate with a mixed salad
