Start your evening with a glass of Sangria. Followed by a selection of tapas dishes – Spanish tortillas, manchego cheese and olives served with bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Starters

  • Manchego cheese croquettes
    with garlic dip and mixed salad
  • Medley of fish
    Tiger prawns, calamari & grilled sardines with a tomato and coriander salsa
  • Melon
    and Serrano ham with an avocado salad & aioli sauce
  • Flamenco egg
    (Egg cooked in one pot with tomatoes, peppers and chorizo)

Followed by

  • Chickpea and tomato soup

    cooked in sherry with beans and oregano
  • Black bean and sweet potato empanadas
    with aubergine fries, balsamic drizzle and potatoes bravas

    flavoured with paprika and parsley with chorizo

    with wild mushrooms, red onions, cherry tomatoes and a Romesco and Sherry sauce (contains nuts)
