    Soup containing braised beef, root vegetables and pulses
  • Scottish Smoked salmon
    with dill and lemon accompanied by a cucumber salad and home-made bread
  • Smoked haddock and mackerel pate
    with a watercress salad

    with a crispy bacon salad topped with a poached egg and apple

Main Course

    with a Whisky and coarse grain mustard sauce

    with a Drambuie and cream sauce served with flaked almonds and turnips
