    (vegetarian leek & potato soup also available)

    with prunes, orange, juniper and thyme
  • Bubble and squeak
    with a crispy bacon salad topped with a poached egg and apple

Main Course

  • Haggis
    served with neeps and tatties (vegan haggis also available)
  • Roast Balmoral beef
    with a Whisky and coarse grain mustard sauce
  • Butternut squash and leek wellington
    in pastry with beets and mushroom sauce
  • Salmon
    with spinach and kale served with a chive sauce
  • Chicken ‘Bonny Prince Charles’
    with a Drambuie and cream sauce served with flaked almonds and turnips
