New Year’s Day Lunch 2023

Start 2023 with a 4 course meal at McKees Brasserie

Begin with Tomato and red pepper soup with croutons

4 course meal - £26.50pp

  • Chicken liver pate
    with Cumberland sauce and Melba toast
  • Mozzarella, melon, and parma ham with a pineapple salad
  • Seafood selection
    of smoked salmon, tiger prawns and smoked mackerel salad with a dill dip.
  • Warm caramelised onion and tomato tart
    with orange chutney

Main Courses

  • Rack of lamb
    with minted mash and a port sauce
  • Pan-fried chicken
    with bubble and squeak with savoy cabbage and crispy bacon
  • Seabass and tiger prawns
    with spring onion mash and a white wine sauce
  • Roast beef
    and Yorkshire pudding
  • Vegetable Wellington
    containing spinach, aubergine, mozzarella and beetroot wrapped in pastry with a wild mushroom sauce
  • Pan-fried salmon
    with saffron potatoes, leek and watercress

    Crème brulee, lemon tarte and winter mess
  • Mckees Sundae
    Rum and raisin, pistachio and vanilla ice-cream with crushed amoretti biscuits and mango sauce

Terms and Conditions

  • Tables of 6 or more, will be asked to pay a deposit of £5.00pp and provide a pre-order of your menu choices (two weeks in advance)
  • Tables of 15 or more will asked to order from the December party menu. With large bookings in addition to a deposit and pre-order,  full payment for all meals will be required, at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
  • 10% service charge will be added to a table of 10 or more people.
