1st Course

  • Leek and potato broth
    served in a crusty cob

2nd Course

  • Venison and pheasant pate
    with piccalilli
  • Dressed salad
    of greens, herbs, and mixed beans with beetroot, & pickled walnuts with a mint leaf dressing, served with walnut & sultana brown bread
  • Asparagus tart
    with plum chutney

3rd Course

  • Baked salmon
    with white beans and kale
  • Roast beef
    with all the trimmings
  • Pork belly
    with red cabbage, glazed apples and spices with a meat sauce
  • Mushrooms
    stuffed with cheese, spinach, and leeks

All main courses are served with a selection of potatoes and vegetables

4th Course

  • Apple pie
    served with cream
  • Egg custard tart
    with black cherry sauce & pistachio ice cream
  • Poached pears
    in a red wine sauce

5th Course

  • Platter of cheese
    with dried fruit, nuts, biscuits- to share for the table
