Marie Curie Charity Dinner - Saturday 27th July (Lunch and Dinner)

Come and show your support for Marie Curie Cancer Care, 4 course meal with a glass of Pimms on arrival, (non alcoholic Bora Bora also available).

Begin with an amuse bouche of leek and potato soup with croutons

£9.00 from every meal will be donated to Marie Curie


  • Seafood platter
    with smoked salmon blinis, tiger prawn salad and thai fishcake with dill & cucumber dip
  • Tapas selection
    Parma ham, Manchego cheese, chorizo and melon salad with a pineapple and coriander salsa
  • Warm cherry tomato, mushroom and red onion tarte
    with Bramley apple chutney
  • Chicken liver pate
    with Cumberland chutney, pickles & Melba toast

Main Courses

  • Poached salmon
    with spinach, peas, leeks, chive and potato cake & a parsley sauce
  • Smoked rib rack and wings
    with Cajun fries, corn on the cob and Macaroni cheese
  • Cannelloni
    with a spinach and soft cheese filling with a Provençale sauce, glazed with cheese, served with garlic bread and rocket salad
  • Rump of lamb
    with fondant potatoes & green beans with a red currant jelly and rosemary sauce

All main courses are served with a selection of potatoes and vegetables


  • Eton mess
    strawberry ice cream and berry sauce
  • Chocolate bombe
    filled with chocolate and mint ice cream with a hot chocolate sauce
  • Summer pudding
    with crème Chantilly
  • Baileys cheesecake
    topped with honeycombe with a butterscotch sauce
  • Lemon meringue roulade
    with lemon and blackcurrant sorbet
