  • Melon, beetroot and walnut salad
    with parsnips crisps, herb dressing served with sultana and walnut bread
  • Coquille St Jacques
    Scallops and prawns served in a wine and cream reduction
  • Warm caramelised red onion and goats cheese tart
    with apricot chutney

    in a pastry basket with apple salad

Main Course

  • Confit of duck
    with red cabbage, pomme fondant and a plum sauce
  • Beef Bourguignon
    slowly cooked beef in a red wine sauce with mushrooms and button onions
  • Caribbean Red snapper
    with old bay glaze served with sweet potato, yam and plantain, pineapple and coriander salsa
  • Vegetable Wellington
    with a spinach, camembert and beetroot filling served with a Provençale sauce
  • Chicken burger
    with melted cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and gherkin with fries, tomato relish and onion rings
