Begin with canapes on arrival.

If paired with wine selection - £39.50pp (inc 3 glasses of wine)


  • Smoked trout
    , smoked salmon and crayfish salad with pea shoots, avocado, and a basil dressing
  • Watermelon, feta, pomegranate, pecan nut and parmesan salad
    with croutons
  • Chicken, chorizo, and sundried tomato temine with a watercress salad

Wine selection:- enjoy with a glass of Waipapa Bay, Sauvignon Blanc. An aromatic New Zealand wine with tropical fruit flavours


  • Cream of parsnip soup
    with parsnip crisps and croutons

Main Courses

  • Pan fried duck breast
    marinated in honey and cracked black pepper served with potato rosti, puy lentils, roast apples and calvados sauce
  • Rump of Lamb
    with pommes fondant, green beans and a thyme sauce
  • Poached lemon sole
    with a salmon and dill filling, with spinach and asparagus in a champagne sauce
  • Artichoke
    , purple sprouting, cherry tomatoes & pinenut linguini with pesto and parmesan

Wine selection:- Enjoy with A glass of Carlo Serres Tempranillo Rioja, with the ripe berry, intense flavour it would pair perfectly with red meat

    with black cherry sauce

    with a crumble topping and custard

Wine selection:- finish off your meal with Muscat de St Jean De Minervois, a French dessert wine with a delicate sweet taste
