Begin with a glass of Prosecco. Followed by canapes



  • Smoked trout
    smoked salmon and crayfish salad with pea shoots, avocado, and avocado salad
  • Herb crusted goats cheese
    on a warm salad of Mediterranean vegetables and chick peas with salsa verde
  • Chicken, leek and Bayonne ham pate
    with a fig and Bramley apple chutney


  • Lobster bisque
    with a Gruyere cheese and cracked pepper croute

Main Courses

  • Pan fried Gressingham duck breast
    marinated in honey, Pancetta and cracked black pepper with pomme dauphinoise, roasted apples and calvados sauce
  • Duo of beef
    - including medallion of beef, steak and suet pudding served with bubble and squeak and cauliflower cheese
  • Seabass
    with olives, tomatoes, mash, shallots topped with samphire and a Caviar sauce
  • Open ravioli
    with butternut squash, wild mushrooms, spinach, peas and courgettes topped with Parmesan cheese

  • Chocolate and hazelnut meringue roulade
    with mango sauce
  • Espresso Pannacotta
    with salted caramel ice-cream
