Enjoy 7 courses with a berry bellini on arrival.


Begin with smoked salmon blinis.

Tasting Menu

  • Butternut squash and coriander soup
    with parmesan croutons.
  • Warm goats’ cheese and courgette tart
    with pear and plum chutney
  • Seabass
    glazed red onion, spinach, and cherry tomatoes with a prawn and chive sauce
  • Trio of meats
    shoulder of lamb with minted crusted new potatoes, pork fillet wrapped in sage and Parma ham, and chicken ballotine with oyster mushrooms, served with chantenay carrots, asparagus, red currant jelly, and rosemary sauce
  • Blueberry and almond tarte
    with black cherry sauce and vanilla ice cream
  • Cheese and biscuits
    Cashel Blue, Port Salut, and Smoked cheese, served with apple, quince jelly, celery, and crackers
