1st Course

    with a pineapple, tomato and coriander salsa

3rd Course

  • Grilled seabass
    with a beurre blanc sauce served with seafood paella
  • Fish pie
    containing salmon, haddock and leeks with a cheesy mash topping & peas
  • Poached plaice
    with crushed new potatoes, spinach and a parsley sauce
  • Salmon
    filled with spinach, with spring onion mash wrapped in pastry served with a Hollandaise sauce

    with tartare sauce
