1st Course

    in lemon and garlic butter

    with an olive, cherry tomato and potato salad, salsa verde

    served with homemade brown bread

    served with pineapple, tomato, pepper and coriander salsa

    on a muffin with a poached egg, topped with hollandaise sauce

3rd Course

    with a spinach filling wrapped in pastry, with asparagus and chive sauce

    containing salmon, haddock and leeks with a cheesy mash topping & peas
  • Grilled seabass
    and wild mushroom risotto with Parmesan and bearnaise sauce
  • Bouillabaisse
    traditional Provencal fish stew – including haddock, basa, tuna, mussels, and prawns

4th Course
