Rums available: Wray and Nephews, Spiced Captain Morgan, Bacardi white rum, Discarded Banana peel rum


Pick your rum and then add to one of the following cocktails:

Pina Colada – rum with coconut cream & pineapple juice

Dark and Stormy – rum, ginger beer, and lime

Caribbean rum punch – rum, orange juice, passion fruit juice and grenadine

    with Ardo bread


  • Ackee and saltfish
    (A Jamaican dish, Salt cod sautéed with ackee, onions and peppers)
  • Lamb patty
    with Yum-Yum sauce
  • Crispy Callaloo fritters
    with avocado and mango salad, chilli jam
  • Red mullet pan-fried
    with papaya, Jamaican blend of herbs, garlic, and Scotch bonnet with a coconut sauce

Main Course

  • Chicken
    with rice and peas
  • Pot roast pork
    and ribs with Jerk sauce
  • Lightly spiced red snapper fritters
    and tiger prawns with yam, green banana, and plantain
  • Pumpkin & courgette curry
    with garlic, ginger, red kidney beans, sweet potato

All main courses served with corn on the cob, mixed salad, dumplings, and coleslaw


  • Fresh mango, pineapple and orange with passionfruit sorbet
    and coconut sauce
