Traditional food from New Orleans which combines French, Caribbean and Native American cooking resulting in a rich, vibrant cuisine.

Begin your meal with a traditional New Orleans cocktail – Pimms and ginger ale, garnished with fresh fruit and cucumber | then Cajun bean soup with corn bread



  • Lousianna Crab cakes
    with tomato coulis
  • Eggs Cochan
    poached egg on a muffin with pulled pork and a Hollandaise sauce
  • Cajun chicken strips
    with a remoulade sauce
  • Crayfish and avocado salad
    with cajun dip

Main Course

  • Cajun Tilapia
    fish coated in mixed spices, thyme, garlic, grand grits, butter and lemon with asparagus
  • Chicken jambalaya
    – medium spiced tender chicken with smoked sausage, rice, tomatoes, peppers, onions and peas
  • Blackened steak
    with cajun potato wedges and corn, with a red wine and peppercorn sauce
  • Sweet potato casserole
    served with macaroni cheese and fried okra

all main courses are served with a complimentary selection of vegetables and potatoes

    with bourbon whipped cream
  • Bread pudding
    with a rum and raisin sauce
  • Buttermilk pie
    with peaches and blackberries
