To celebrate our 17th year at Haigs Hotel, and 30 years since we had our first restaurant in Studley, the Chambers family would like to invite you to try our gourmet menu | £27.50pp

Starters

  • CREAMED GOATS CHEESE
    with melon, papaya, salted granola, beetroot, and herb dressing
  • Eggs Royale
    Smoked salmon and poached egg on toasted muffin with a hollandaise sauce
  • ASPARAGUS AND PANCETTA
    with bubble and squeak, and chive dip
  • LAMB KOFTA
    with a pomegranate, spring onion, cherry tomato salad with tzatziki dip and flat bread

Main Courses

  • Fillet of Seabass
    served with spring onion mash, spinach, asparagus with a lemon and beurre blanc sauce
  • ROAST SUPREME OF CHICKEN
    pommes dauphinoise, oyster mushrooms, with coarse grain mustard sauce
  • VEGETABLE WELLINGTON
    served with cauliflower cheese
  • Duo of lamb
    chump of lamb and lamb cutlet with colcannon mash, French beans, and rosemary sauce
All mains are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes
