    with celery, pear and walnut salad
  • Eggs Royale
    Smoked salmon and poached egg on toasted muffin with a hollandaise sauce
  • Tempura broccoli
    with cauliflower rice, tomato relish and mint dressing
  • Lamb kofta
    with a pomegranate, spring onion, cherry tomato salad with tzatziki dip and flat bread

Main Courses

  • Fillet of Seabass
    served on a bed of spring onion mash with spinach, asparagus with a lemon and chive sauce
  • Fillet of pork
    with a black pudding and potato cake with roasted apples, parsnips, coursegrain mustard sauce
  • Sweet potato casserole
    topped with Cajun spiced potatoes served with fried okra
  • Duo of lamb
    Chump of lamb and lamb cutlet with colcannon mash, French beans and rosemary sauce
