To celebrate our 15th year at Haigs Hotel, the Chambers family would like to invite you to our gourmet evening | £25.00pp


  • Warm sweet red onion, cherry tomato tart
    with mixed salad and plum chutney
  • Smoked salmon
    Cornish crab and tiger prawn salad with salsa verde
  • Asparagus
    wrapped in Parma ham with poached egg and hollandaise sauce
  • Glazed goats cheese
    with watermelon, olive, avocado and pumpkin seed salad

Main Courses

  • Fillet of Seabass
    served on a bed of spring onion mash with spinach with a lemon and chive sauce
  • Vegetable wellington
    filled with squash, beetroot, camembert and served with Bearnaise sauce
  • Supreme of chicken
    with wild mushrooms, button onions, lardons of bacon and a white wine and parsley, cream sauce
  • Duo of lamb
    Chump of lamb and lamb cutlet with colcannon mash, French beans and rosemary sauce
  • Roast British beef
    rolled in cracked black pepper with horseradish mash and Yorkshire pudding
All mains are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes


  • Espresso pannacotta
    with coffee ice-cream
  • Egg custard tart
    with caramelised strawberries and fresh cream
  • Chocolate marquise
    with pistachio ice-cream and black cherry sauce
