To celebrate our 14th year at Haigs hotel, the Chambers family would like to invite you to our gourmet day £25.00pp


  • Warm caramelized sweet red onion and cherry tomato tart
    with an asparagus salad and Cumberland sauce
  • Smoked salmon
    , fish beiquet and prawn salad with salsa verde
  • Mozzarella
    wrapped in Parma ham with avocado and melon finished with a basil and diced tomato dressing
  • Glazed goats cheese
    with walnuts, celery and pineapple served with a coriander salsa

  • Fillet of Seabass
    served on a bed of spring onion mash with spinach and a lemon and chive sauce
  • Supreme of chicken
    with wild mushrooms, button onions, lardons of bacon and a white wine and parsley, cream sauce
  • Chump of lamb
    with colcannon mash, French beans and a rosemary sauce
  • Roast Sirloin of beef
    rolled in cracked black pepper with horseradish mash and Yorkshire pudding


  • Crème brulee
    with raspberries and vanilla ice-cream
  • Chocolate marquise
    with pistachio ice-cream and black cherry sauce
  • Lemon meringue roulade
    with raspberry sorbet
